I want to clarify something for the op.
When your original post includes your driving skills and/or knowledge. Or in this case. Lack of both. You have included you and your abilities into the subject. If you had not. It wouldn't be fair game to discuss.

Gravity will pull the pants down until the suspenders overcome gravity and hold the pants up.
I asked about maneuvering a truck, which the main part of the curriculum at truck driving schools in which students spend 4-6 weeks learning how to drive a semi-truck. Maybe there should be suspender lengthening schools in which students should spend 4-6 weeks learning how to lengthen suspenders. -
Re-read the OP. The OP does not mention how much experience i have driving a semi-truck. You have changed the topic away from the OP.

Remember that part of being a CMV operator when you got your CDL? It says to protect the motoring public. So yes. Having concerns about the quality, knowledge and experience of a fellow CMV operator. Is very much all of our jobs. Assuming we take it seriously.
