    Your idea is the best yet. Finding a reputable shop that will warranty their work for this kind of damage is almost impossible. Ten years ago their were probably 20 shops on the west coast that would do tanker repair. Today there are three or four left....and I haven't checked on them in the last couple of years.
    Sell it to a rancher for a portable live stock feeder.

    Nonsense, just do it like an old 2-stroke dirt bike pipe that got dented. Just scale it up some.

    1. Cap her off real good like.
    2. Spray about 40-50 cans of starting fluid in there.
    3. Dump some gas in for good measure.
    4. Pile up some scrap lumber; bonus points for MDF with glue and creosote railroad ties.
    5. Light that #### up, back trailer over top of her.
    6. Run away. Or don't.

    Oh yeah, step 0: put a camera up and livestream it on the internet. So we can check your work and argue what you did wrong.

    This totally works btw, it's how they fix trailers in Trinidad and Tobago.
