Is training in IL or will I train in Atlanta since I live in Athens and the Atlanta terminal is only showing out and back runs?
Tanker companies that hire with less than a year of experience?

Sometimes the out and back you can make more. It's all in what works for you. I run both, but the way I run is better in the system. I trained in Atlanta, but they do send some people to Morris. I'd guess you would be Atlanta

You've been off the road almost 10 yrs. and you'll see that trucking isn't anywhere near like it was then. -
Chinatown you are so right about that!

When I came back after just a 2 year break I couldn't believe the difference in traffic, different roads, new places and new rules. I say 2 years, 2 yrs not driving, after that 2 yrs local, so 4 off the OTR gig.

@alpo718 I'm wondering do they respect the drivers? Hell I'm only 7 miles from that terminal in College Park.
I'm guessing being a out & back driver you're home every weekend?
I have my Class A with X endorsement. I've been selling myself short driving a Class B tanker local now I'm ready to move up. -
