Tanker company that will train

Hey guys looking for some help, I have 16 months OTR driving exp all with the same company and ready to move to the tanker side. I’m in the Houston area and I’m okay going OTR for one more year than I’m looking into more local work. I’ve gotten interest from Oakley but I’m on the fence. I also can go with the big Orange or Coastal two lower tier company (In my opinion, no disrespect or trying to be an ###) having no tanker experience DQ me from some places because of insurance but I wanted to know which places that will give through training with my limited tanker experience.
