    Hello All,

I am new to this forum, I have been lurking for a day or two and have enjoyed browsing and reading the mostly informative posts.

I'm about to graduate from CDL school and am seriously considering Prime. I have been approved as a potential driver and am about to take the leap and attend orientation in a few weeks.

I have been discussing driving in the tanker division NE regional. Does anyone have any suggestions or input for me in general?

Thanks in advance, happy to be here.

    Mikey

Really? It's pretty hard to not make money on the company side. You might want to have him post his experience...

I run for Prime in the Tanker Division in the Northeast. I am a lease operator. Dispatch will run you hard in the N.E. Not enough trucks and revenue levels are higher. Biggest customer is in Port Newark, 25 plus loads outbound per day. Numerous other shippers in NJ area. Good revenue and lots of freight. As a company driver, I believe they offer more $$$ if you run the NE.

    crazeydude and jomar68 Thank this.
