First time i heard about the rule, was AFTER i took a load of totes from long beach to cheyenne,.On a flatbed. Apparently the company knew about the rule, and i got the load. Because i was the only driver with tank endorsement.

First time sense training school I pulled a dry van and it was stuffed with totes of used anti freeze and what ever else they threw in there. When I first picked it up I scaled out at 103,000 so had to go back and they took 6 totes of a diesel fuel/oil mix off the rear and I rescaled at 95,000. #### thing had a wiggle to it just like an baffled tanker at a stop light. Lol

I don't have one. Been hauling flatbed for over 20 yrs straight. I didnt think i needed it. But it would have been nice to have not too long ago. We lost a load of IBC containers because I didnt.

Isn't there a Texas brand beer that comes in 120 gallon bottles. Texans claim to have the largest of anything and everything the few times I was there.
