Not necessarily. I went a community college to receive my cdl and then I added the tanker and hazmat endorsement. My first company, the company I'm with now, was pulling hazmat and tanker. I almost have a year and a half experience. It's possible.

Just be careful of the company. Go and get your experience and good clean record. Then you can apply at the top, plus you can wait until there's an opening.

    AlexT Thanks this.

You're right because I know I'm being under paid for being new. But you have to start somewhere. How do you like hauling gasoline?

I loved it. But you can not go by me. I went to work with ARCO which means that I got top pay with the best benefits. I did not have to work my way up because I started at the top. And when we started to make 6 figures they sold the company.

I actually had to Google it. It means the unfilled portion of a tank or container. Or "the amount by which a container falls short of being full."

90% Ullage, does this mean the tank is 90% full or is the tank low & this is the percentage amount showing how much the tank % will be @ 11,587 gals.

So this is the veder root print out for a gas station, the regular tank to be exact, as it says Reg st the top.

Its an 19,703 gallon tank according to the ullage. Take the ullage + current volume
It will take 11,587 gallons to get to 90% of tank capacity.
It currently has 6145 gallons in it.
Its 41.17 inches tall and has 0 inches of water in it and is 55.8 degrees. I cant remember what the TC volume means right off the top of my head.

Turbodriven, ChicagoJohn and Exit310 Thank this.
