That's a shame. Should have nailed her head on and made her lose control. That's what we do in simulator. Never give an inch if it is going to cause you to lose control and lose load.

I hope she had $1 million in liability to take care of this wreck.

All the money in the world won't bring the tanker driver back.

Once in awhile this kind of stuff happens. However, on the whole I would say it's one of the safest type of trucking I've ever been around. You consider all the miles that are done on surface streets and dealing with just bad drivers we come out on top. I've only known two drivers in the southwest that were killed with my company and that's over a very long period. A driver must always remember what's on board and drive according to the hazards. I know some lucky or very lucky drivers also. One rolled his semi 360° and only hurt his back. I had a driver in a van pass me on a two lane out in the dessert and he hit his boss head on killing them both. His van right tire rim shaved my tank on my last compartment but I still had on 8500 gallons of gas. It's an accepted risk for the money paid.
