Yes QC and the operation has 3 components to it. Not sure if the Sayre rail yard operates 24 hours but the other 2 components do 24 hours. They are still looking for O/O, company drivers and I know one O/O who was looking for a couple of drivers to put in his own trucks to run this account.

Which company has the best rates for O/O in Oklahoma? I saw anywhere from 68% to 85%. Theres not much happening in south texas for small fleets. Theres work in Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, West Texas for the little guys. Any good opportunities happening holler at me.

Well just had my interview yesterday for a oil company, I thought it went really well but I have a question for you guys and gals that are working in Oklahoma is it normal for the company to want to road test you first before offering you a position? Thx for the feed back
-
My experience would be that it is normal for any of the medium to larger companies to road test you before hiring you to drive for them. I worked for a small construction company once that did not, but every other driving job I had did no matter how much experience I had.

I'm looking to get back down to Texas to haul crude, preferably to live in a town or city that is somewhat decent in size (gym, restaurants, etc). Anyone have any suggestions I would appreciate it and NOT interested in working down by the border as I would worry about my wife's safety. I've got 2 years exp now and so does my wife so we should have a lot more opportunities. Feel free to PM me if your company is looking. I need STEADY work, so if your company is consistently looking for loads, that is not going to work for me.
Thanks!
