    Been having trouble sleeping due to inflammation in my shoulders and tart cherry extract was recommended .
    Available at wal mart in the vitamin section .
    I'm maybe 20 ilbs overweight and started taking this 2 days ago and I'm sleeping all night without pain and the swelling that has been in my feet and ankles for a few years is melting away.

    I recently lost 15 lbs. just by brisk walking and no junk food. 5 more lbs. and I'll be back to my ideal weight of 175.
    I'll try those cherry tart pills.

    I've wondered if this reallly works,
    why not use plain old copper wire ?
    dont tell me, it mixed properly .. come to think of it ive heard of other beliefs along the same lines, idk ? .. well I guess sweet tarts or smarties aren't the same as tart cherry extract.

    Go online and look China , it's recommended for gout , arthritis and joint inflammation .
    I'm no doctor but my feet look like they did when I was 25 .
