Those 60-70 hour weeks are probably the reason I couldn't find the six figure company job. lol. That's too much work for me especially if I'm not getting the Lions share.

Well, the way I look at it, if you dont put in the time, you probably wont make the money. I have goals, so I work a lot.

My guys, all of them, would roll in Saturday morning bumping their 70.
It's not easy work. And, frankly, I wouldn't do it. But it can be done.

You may make a little more, but remember taking time off really costs when you’re an O/O. When that’s factored in, could easily end up being less. Down time makes a huge difference

Yup, and that was 10 years ago. Plus you gotta add on the health insurance benefits, paid vacation/days off/ retirement... That all brings it well above $100k

Yup, we have a 250 per person deductible, but it costs me out of my pocket 1150 a month. Company picks up 750.

We had a 15 year note, paid in 6. The last kicker was Duke Energey shares bought at 5.00 sold at 32.00 poof no more notes after 9 months waiting.

We do not participate in the market hardly at all, but once in a while when a oppertunity shows... maybe. The last time we had that was when ford opened at 2.55 years ago. That would have been something.

I'd have no problem hitting 70hrs in my truck building something that I can hand down to my children. But to do all that work building the next man's empire? bosses and workers...
