    TBM HARDWOODS, - Hanover, PA
    100 Filbert St
    Hanover, Pa 17331

One of the worst companies I've ever worked for, very immature childish behavior from there HR Department and Management.

They will force you to lie on your logbook and you're not allowed your 30 Minute Break - But it must be logged.

Any Gas Needed if you run out on the Road is your problem, you must use your own finances, then they will reimburse you. If your low on cash from bills it's your ###.

Dispatcher is HR, has absolutely no idea about Trucking or Runs, She put Off Road Tires on the front of the Truck instead of Steer Tires.

Upon Termination, My Logbook Copies were stolen from me out of my Personal Belongings, was told There company property, since they supplied the log books.

Maintenance is never done on the Trucks, I literally drove around with bald tires that were Budlging, even had customers complaining. Even after Multiple complaints from myself.

HR plans your runs and routes and start times, which are never right or on time.

Better hope you never have a family member end up in the hospital for life threatening injuries or something serious, because you won't be able to take off of work without a write up.

They won't update there GPS, it uses 2010 Maps.

Hands down horrible place to work, they don't look out for you and don't care if you're safe or not. Hours suck, Attitudes suck, better hope you don't break down or have an issue because they won't answer.

    HR - Elaine D, Jesse

As for the maintanence part................................................... You the driver who did the pre trip inspection. Signed your name to the form, made a choice to drive when it was not safe too.

Log book: you made a choice to lie and fudge the book.

Disclaimer: I have no remorse for rants when a choice is to be made to either be safe or make money. You chose money over safety.

The rest, ok. That is what makes the company bad. Thank you I won't apply there.

I've worked for several companies that said if I run the truck out of fuel, I better find a way to get more in there. You know what, I never did haha.

Don't mean this in a negative way, but you must not have been driving long

I just started myself. Got home about noon after being gone 17 hours. Took a nap till 6ish. Played with my kids. Went for a walk. Cracked a cold one. Did chores and everyone else went to bed. Then I got the great idea... I need a hair cut. So I grabbed my beer, the buzzers, and yeah I'm at a zero on hair right now. Haha. Hope the wife likes it in the am. Also hope the kids don't cry wondering who that strange man is.
