Crts is not the company I would go with. Teams are a valuable commodity in this industry, and crts is a bottom feeder.

As far as teams are concerned I don't really know who to work for, but crts isn't it.

I teamed with Schneider for a year and it was ok but looking back I think I could have done better.

A little more info would be helpful.

Do you have a cdl yet?

Do you want to run team?

    Do you have a family?

Do you want to be home a lot?

Do you want to see some country?

Do you want to be local or semi local?

I would get some experience before going team if that's what you want. A place like CRST you might get stuck with another newbie. Do you really want to put your life in someone else's hands that has no experience? There have been several trainers in the past killed while sleeping. Beside's CRST is about the worst big carrier out there.

Personally I wouldn't team with anyone with less than 3 years experience.

Living in KS you are a good fit for the meat business. Consider a refrigerated training company and move up to someone like Tyson once you get some experience.
