First thing you need to do is find someone that you can co exist with for long periods of time. Most n e company right now is hiring team. But with your exp level im not sure which ones you should be looking at if your not looking to get hosed over. As if n e one is. lol

I am willing to get hosed if thats what it takes to gain the 3 months experience that they are telling me to get before I can hire on as a company driver anywhere?
