Team Driving with Swift

A buddy of mine is considering going to a private CDL school with me, and was looking into potentially doing Team driving with Swift. I know there are millions of reviews on here about Swift itself, but I was curious how the team driving thing worked with them. There website seems a little confusing. Most companies sound like they would hire us as a team, but then you would drive across the lower 48 states, but their website says something about driver comfort zones?? We also curious how long we would be out at a time (average). Thanks.
