I'm starting my career as a truck driver soon. I'm a singer/song writer but I just had a kid. Though I haven't given up the dream, I won't persue it at the expense of my family's well being. To hell with all the musicians that do.

Anyhow, I figure I can work on my stuff on my downtime since these days a recording studio consists of a laptop and a mic. I was thinking it might be cool to find a team mate who can play lead or bass and sing backup, or just bounce ideas off. And make a lot more money than driving solo.

Any good ideas for finding such an individual? I'm in the Detroit area.

I kinda thought a good combo would be a guitar and a mouth harp (harmonica).

    Craigs List?
And what do you consider "good money" driving as a team at pissant wages of less than $.30 CPM to split?
