Team looking to make a move

Would like to hear your thoughts about USX teaming!
What are your avg miles? Are you happy with the company? Benefits? Can you accumulate your days off? Etc.... You know what I'm searching for! My husband and I are thinking of moving over from Conway but don't want to make a wrong decision! Any advice is much much appreciated!

Yes there is a $5000 sign on...And we were told .48/cpm. I don't know if there is the sliding scale pay for teams but I'm guessing yes and that would suck! After much research and speaking with many USX drivers this company is not for us. We will stay where we are... Just seeing if something out there is better. Never hurts to look. Our only complaint with Conway is our miles are way down but hopefully with spring around corner things will pick up. They treat there drivers with much respect and that means alot.
