Peculiar has a very nice Flying J.....when I head home from Kansas City I always stop there to send in my final paperwork and get my last pizza....and then fly for 2 hours to get home....LOL

why....?

ask for the jacuzzi.....

 

Sounds like a few of you are enjoying your time with US and I think that is great.

Would any of you suggest US to any Husband/Wife Team?

we were a team with usx for over 7 years before we got our own truck. we were very happy with them that is why we leased our truck on with them.

 

You two are just the most enlightening couple. Ron and I have been following your blog and find it very encouraging. We now have our permits and have just finished our first week in training. Our instructors are wonderful and they truly care about the students. They are determined that each one leaves them as THE most safe and educated drivers. Kirk and Robert are veteran drivers with years of experience and we are both more excited than when the thought of becoming drivers first occurred. Thank you so much for your positive posts and for setting such a fine example as Drivers of the Future. You both are changing the stereotype and that just makes us sing!!

 

The company I worked for a couple years ago paid 15cpm when driving mt or bobtail. Does USX do similar for teams or do they pay the same loaded/mt/bobtail? My first week where I had over 2,000 miles, almost 1,000 were mt. What an emotional downer that was. Bad enough I was only getting 26cpm loaded. I'm still going with USX no matter the answer to the question, just want to know.
