    Hey I am thinking about getting back out there again but I need get some money fast so I was considering teams. (for the miles) I will run with Epes out of NC with a decent carrier how much money on average do team drivers make a week if they keep the hammer down.

    When I was running teams we averaged about 6500 a week. Some weeks would be only 6k but others we would break 7k and need some sleep like you wouldn't believe :).

    Pay was excellent though (Conway Truckload) and we were splitting .44 a mile.

    The teams where i'm at are making about $1100-1200 per week and not touching anything. Even in this "soft" economy.

    But unless you are husband-and-wife, i would not recommend running team because it is bad for your health.
