A Louisville teenaged girl survived going under this semi that was going 45 mph. She claimed she looked down at her "speedometer" and then saw the semi. She never hit the brakes. Some lawyer will make it the semis fault.![]()

The semi should have maintained proper distance in all directions.

Driver, how long was your pretrip that morning? According to my Elogs, it was 17 minutes. So, had you done a 15 minute pretrip, then your truck wouldn’t have been there for my client to hit.
Your honor I move for a judgement against the trucking company. He is riding down the road in a vehicle that’s barely visible being 13’6 high, and only 8.5 feet wide. He only had reflectors at the top corners, the bottom of the doors, and the dot bumper, not to mention four taillights. I think we all would have hit him in that situation your honor.Lab work, intrepidor, Oldironfan and 17 others Thank this. -

I represented a client versus Werner. My client crossed the interstate and hit his truck, and we still won. I am thinking this case could be worth millions to me.
