today my truck temp gauges (oil and coolant) gauges never went over 150 degrees. strange. even fully loaded 95K+ gross up hill, temperature gauges never got past 150. i wrote it up and im off tomorrow hopefully the shop looks the truck over. a couple of days ago i had a coolant hose leaking pretty good, never over heated the truck, shop replaced the hose. just wondered if anyone had any idea of what could cause an abnormally cool condition, were the gauges lying? perhaps a thermostat stuck open.
temperature gauges reading abnormally cool?
