Those are the city of Millington red light cameras that got you. Where was your steer axle at the time it flashed? If your steer axle was over the line and your drives or trailer tripped it, you should be fine. If you were behind it and tripped it, you might get a citation.
Each incident is reviewed by an officer and he usually makes the judgement to mail it or throw it away. I go thru there usually once a week, I stay at 40 or less because of those stupid lights and still have to slam on brakes. It doesn’t go on your license is the good news, but they mail it to the company.

Yeah, that's probably where it was, though I've seen them throughout that corner of Tennessee. It got me pretty good. I don't think anything was over the line.
I stay on 40 too if it'll get me through Nashville after say 10 pm.....otherwise I take 51 and Jere B Ford Pkwy or wtf-ever it is all the way into KY and then Western KY Parkway etc. to Louisville. Every time i went through Nashville for about 3 years it was horrible, even at 2 am, so I tend to avoid it now.shogun Thanks this. -
That's what I always did and would do when the citations came to me.
This one won't though if I get one...it'll go to my company. -
As far as 40 goes, I meant the speed limit. It’s 40 through Millington once you pass 385 and come into town. All those red lights seem to have short yellow lights just to increase citations, so I run 40 mph or less. Millington and Selmer, Tn still use them. Millington also posts a white Ford suv on the outskirts of town that can mail speeding tickets out too, just look out for it too.

Ditto. I’ve done the same on that stretch. Never heard a word.

All we do with those is pass it on to the driver through a payroll deduction.shogun Thanks this.

Registrations get flagged when camera tickets don’t get paid.
-
If an officer didnt issue the ticket it dont exist. You never got the mail.
-
It may not exist to whomever is driving, but it definitely exists for whomever is the registered owner of the vehicle.
