On vacation in Southern California. While I LOVE my job running flatbed out of OKC to the oil patch, I would like to see my wife in SoCal more than twice a year.

I found Teresi Trucking through an Internet search. They are a small company with about 100 trucks and do OSOW, which I would like to transition to.

Anyone have insight into this company? They don't take applications other than in person. Later this week I plan to do just that.

Very old, well established company. I think now they do a lot of military moves. Still based in Lodi CA, all newer equipment, seems well speced. I don't think they go too far afield, so you should get good home time.

Back in the day they were a hard running big strap operation that hauled a lot of steel out of Fontana.
IIRC the owner/founder was Jonny Teresi, I'm not sure if it's still in the family.

They run out of Lodi,ca. Lots of double drops and steps. See lots of military loads. Have seen them run as Far East as Wisconsin so you'd see some country. Lots of OS loads.

If they didn't tarp so much, I'd say that you would be an excellent applicant for Smokey Point Distributing.

Anyways, luck in battle, Mr Lepton.

As Six said we do tarp pretty much everything at SPD. That being said we have a lot of guys that run I5 and they mostly pull quickdraws doing multi stop freight. Might be something you're interested. That 25 bucks per extra stop adds up when you have 10 plus stops.
