I don't want to pile on, but the very real reality is she did some really stupid stuff. Common sense did not come into play. And she wants to continue driving, and of course some will show her the way to companies that do not have high standards.

If I had to cut down my tree's, one had better be prepared to face the consequences, like buying not only new tree's but the crew to dig up the stumps and plant the new ones. No way in hell would I ever let a company get away with that!
But, I would like to doubt this is the same person, I mean after all, there are more than one Dave, Chuck, Donna, Gloria, Shelly, and Sam out there!Dinomite Thanks this. -
Sad to say that there ARE so many companies out there with LOW standards! As I had said in a thread somewhere's on this site, my company will absolutely NOT TAKE on anyone with so little experience, and for that, I am glad.
Everyone does need to start sometime, someplace, we all know that fact. But when someone has had so many accidents (or if noted on file, incidents) in short time of employment, that WILL GO onto her DAC. And on a DAC, ALL accident/incident information will be there AS WELL AS the all important question, "Rehire-able?" Yes or NO, and I am willing to bet, NO will stand out.
When a potential employer calls for a reference, by law, all that can be confirmed is time of employment. SO, therefore, she "may have a chance" with some low end company that does NOT subscribe to DAC. BUT the again, if she wipes out any more inanimate objects, she will be fired, maybe on the spot, hundreds of miles from the house at a truck stop, or back at the home base, if she luckily gets a job close to her home.
Frankly, too many here have supported her, I do not. If she had ONE accident or incident, and was fired then, and DIDN'T BLAME HER MENTOR OR HER TRAINING, LIKE SHE DID HERE, THEN I would have to say she was "wronged", but at the very least, in 3 months time, she has at least 3? Beckons to me she is just not right for the job.
It isn't something to even consider not accepting of the personal failure. Accept it, find gainful employment else where's like on a loading dock as an example, and maybe driving class B, on occasion and moving up to supervisor of the dock?
Some people have a difficult time in this business, and really need to know when to call it quits, pick up the pieces and try something else. Not every one can drive a truck, not everyone can be a fireman, cop, nurse or brain surgeon. You either have it or you don't, and from what I have read, by her own words, she does not have it, so what?
A different field of work she may make out better than any of us.Shaggy Thanks this. -

Ok time to put a end to this thread. You professionals cough cough can't seem to behave. I'll have one of my future associates come and put a lock on this. Have a good day.
