    I sometimes can't help but wonder how it got this bad. I've worked at companies that didn't have the best safety rating, but this is on another level. I bet they were 1099. You ain't never heard of 1099 Chicagoland companies being this out of control, they're pretty outlaw.

    It won't change anything. They've probably already been on TTR trying to buy an MC. They'll be right back at it in a month with a fresh (new to them) MC, new DOT number, and a new name. Then they'll do the exact same thing as before - run until they get shut down, rinse and repeat. They never planned on following any rules, and they still don't.

    Shame on the F'n FMCSA for allowing it to go on so long, ESPECIALLY after they failed an audit already. Should have been watching them like a hawk.

    Owners and corporate officers should be jailed when this kind of situation is allowed to exist.
    I'm always surprised at how long they get away with stuff that would have me out of business in a week.
