That's very possible. A call to the supervisor will get it done or request their presence directly. I'm confused about the seatwarmers at your terminal. Not following unfortunately.

@Iamoverit according to the regulations from the Texas Department of license and regulation, whom regulates the towing industry in the state of Texas. They are required to have a TDLR registration number on the vehicle and on the picture of that car with the alleged company sticker on it there is no TDLR registration number on the vehicle which means they’re operating illegally… I posted the regulations as well

Phone number they have on that sticker allegedly comes back to the Better Business Bureau in Pennsylvania.

Police officers also serve a civil process (divorce papers, for example).

Texas is a lot different than Maryland.

I think in areas such as larger towns and cities where they have both a municipal PD and a Sheriff’s Department, the Sheriff handles the paper serving and court related duties while law enforcement is done by the PD.

They don't do anything like that in MD. They use process servers for civil things.

Yes, some Walmarts have truck parking. Some even have long lined truck spots like you would find at a rest area. Lincoln, Nebraska, comes to mind.

    Oxbow Thanks this.

I love all the people completely missing my point because they prefer to illegally park. Yes, there might be what 10 Walmarts or so that have truck parking. Not going to refute that. For the other 99.9% of Walmarts that don't have truck parking the point stands.
