I purchased a 2013 Freight liner Cascadia in March of 2020 and started taking loads in May. Our truck has been in and out the shop , my mechanic said the truck wiring had to caught a fire due to all the electrical damage. I had every repair possible and now the motor needs a complete overhaul. I only had this truck on the road for less than 3 months. I cant believe this ppl sold me a complete lemon. I have consulted attorney and I will be taking action against them. I have all the receipts of repairs totally over 15K. My sale person was Misael. Beware of Texas Trucks.

Did you, by any chance of the imagination, have it inspected by a competent, and trusted mechanic? Is there a warranty involved?

firemedic2816 and Northern Nomad Thank this.

The wiring caught fire before you bought it, or after?

    $15K isn't bad actually.

    How many miles?

If you're in the 700K to 800K mile range, that's when lots of stuff breaks.

I've put $14K into mine this year.

How much you pay for the truck? Which engine do you have?

    firemedic2816 Thanks this.
