WTF??? She was reading aloud to her children and they booted her off? Was she SHOUTING like those preachers? I doubt it.

That's outrageous. Sigh. To each his/her own, I always said. If she was being respectful and reading aloud quietly to her children, who the heck was offended????

Ridiculous!! I don't believe in the bible but that wouldn't bother me at all. My goodness, what is this world coming to????? :biggrin_25513:

Cause the bus driver flunked toilet training, can't read and can't concentrate when someone else is reading?

    This was funny.:biggrin_255:

The bus driver apparently found her reading to be distracting; if something is distracting to a driver, that driver has to do something about it. I don't have a passenger endorsement, so I'm not sure what the correct procedure was, but I have heard of people in good health being forced off a bus and left along the road, getting a ride in a van the rest of the way was probably better than the bus company had to do.

i agree with you here. i can't believe this happened. first take the bible out of schools not out of public transit. whats next ? no more bible/religion in church. on a side note she is gonna get a chunck of change for this. al sharpton is gonna be all over this.

We werent on that bus, so we dont know how loud she was reading her bible. I dont care what she was reading, if it was being done really loud, I would have objected. A bus is a confined shared space, and people need to respect other passengers too.
