When you sue, you include costs and legal fees in the lawsuit in order to be made whole again. Don't forget the lost revenue for the time you are tied up by the case.

Drivers need to sue more to send a message to the scam companies. 10 to 15 drivers suing a company in a single year will put a pickle in their operations. The problem is that many drivers talk, and talk and do nothing. Just spreading the word is not enough. I have sued two companies myself. You don't even need a lawyer but it's best if you do of course. Just taking them to court is a victory for you and a victory for all drivers who have been scammed
