IMO for the most part it is a ME ME ME thing when it comes to choosing a company to work for. Every driver has to look at whats best for his/her family so in reality it is all about me.

SWIFT TRANSPORTATION IS THE WORST.
they have no respect for drivers at all. its all about the load and the truck. drivers are nothing to them. basically this company is one big scam.
