The 8 inch rand McNally tablet

I'm got to the part where I reset it and re enter everything and it isn't popping down any arrow like you said it is doing nothing.

Main Menu/tap on the 9 squares upper right/Apps/Rand McNally Launcher/bottom - tap on Check for New updates.

 

Step number 39 sir and I did that click the update park and doesn't do anything?

 

Did the 1.6mb Download show? This should have shown right after 34

 

No it did not at all it was just the main screen of the tnd tablet nothing pop up or was showing no download.
