You certainly have to pick your battles with them. Being in the office I learned one thing about most of the office staff. They could care less about you the driver. All they care about is when is my lunch hour and how long until 5 pm. You should be around at 5, it is like a mass exodus. They all leave within moments of the clock striking the hour. Driver on hold...to bad, support shift will get it. Driver waiting to see me...to bad come back tomorrow. Very few are there for anything more than a pay check. Now don't get me wrong, some will stay and will answer out the phone queue and finish dealing with whatever is going on, but the ICR's...nope hourly employees who don't give a shyte. It is really sad, but that's the way it is... take a look at all of the OSR's (not the instructors), very rarely are they there after 4 pm, plenty of times they were asked to do an annual for a driver at 1545 and told the DBL/ICA that there was not enough time so the driver could wait until the next day!

They do that crap on company side. You'll get hounded to do those quarterly if u didn't do it the first month. They'll shut u down till u do it. Which hey quarter isn't over I'll get to it. They don't like it. It also seems like most go at 4 or 430 or go in a meeting. Hell they should stay till 6pm.

Thanks and good luck ! Tanker endorsement test is very simple ! Take test when you take your main tests.

That brings up another question.. Am I able to take all my endorsement tests when I take my test to get my CDL permit? Or do I have to wait until after I take the road test and get my actual CDL itself?

I'm pretty sure you can take all of them at the same time. I took doubles/triples and tanker. I'm almost 100% sure you can do hazmat. It just costs extra money for that endorsement.

Yes. I took all three at the same time. Hazmat requires a finger print scan. Google it to find out more.
