Can lease operators become TE's and would any of you L/O's consider becoming a TE?

No, only company drivers may train. The one exception is if you are going to train your teak driver. The IC world is just too differnent, there'S too much temptation to use the trainee as a source of income, and too many issues of who is responsible for what in terms of repairs.

Urrrrghhhh got up this morning, loaded all my crap into the truck from the motel, went across to the truckstop to get ready to roll and got a call from my ICA saying my load pickup had been moved to tomorrow... I just can't get out of here!

Then they sent me to HD just down the road to get an empty. No empties. Send the exception, back to the truckstop. Waited 20 minutes, then workflow updated... telling me to go back to the same home Depot... and pick up an empty trailer... that I was just at and had no empty trailers.

Sat on hold for 20 minutes to get through on the phone, finally someone picked up, put me back on hold... still waiting now.

man, they did that to me a couple of weeks ago.......no mty at 'x', send me to 'y', no mty there.....then sent me a message to go back to 'x', at which point I said no.

If you are in Savannah, there are mty's at a repair facility down there. Can't remember the name....sorry

Took me over a year but I learned Home Depot loads are unreliable and you cannot trust them when you string several loads together.

Not that it matters anyway can't even find an mt to take to the pickup for drop and hook. They sent me to Michelin off 231 in Alabama... Who has empties but of course, refuses to release any. Try #3 here we go

Can I ask about the mt trailers......?

If sni tells you to go to x company and pick up an mt. Who is company x to not release a sni trailer to a sni truck...? I realize there's some kinda agreement between sni and customer x but who owns the trailer??

And after a while you guys should know who will release mt trailers and who won't .....

The customers may not release a trailer if they have loads planned for them.
