Ok, so just when it cannot get worse, SNI finds out yet another way to just bend me over and **** me in the ***.

So I sit around here at the Atlanta OC all day because the relay ETA isn't showing until evening. Eventually it updates to show an early afternoon drop. Ok, so I look all over the lot for the relay to show up, but it is not there. I triple check the lot, it is not here, check the shop, not there. I call in to support shift and they tell me that it shows that the driver came through the gate with it and hasn't departed, so it is here. I check a 4th time, its still not here. I call back in to support shift, now they tell me that another driver has already picked it up and is moving with it. HOW? HOW THE **** DOES ANOTHER DRIVER HAVE MY LOAD? THE LOAD IS ON MY QUALCOMM, ITS RIGHT ****ING THERE. Guy at support shift just tells me he is going to make some phone calls, probably take it off me (NO **** BECAUSE THE ****ING LOAD IS ASSIGNED TO ANOTHER DRIVER, HOOKED TO ANOTHER TRUCK, MOVING TOWARDS THE DESTINATION) and that he will "keep me updated".

WHAT THE **** KIND OF ******** *** IS THIS?

    *UPDATE*

Just as I am moving my mouse to hit reply, I get a call from Green Bay, the guy I've been talking with tells me that it looks like there was an issue with a duplicate load. Then as we're talking he gets another message saying that the same driver staged TWO loads from the shipper here in Atlanta and entered the same trailer number twice on both drops.

I'm now on hold while he is on hold trying to see if this is actually the case, and that if the load is here or not.

So, the next reply will be one of two replies, either me happily arriving at the Charlotte OC for the night, or me absolutely flipping my **** and spending yet another night at the Atlanta OC, hoping to GOD there is a load out of here. Which one will it be???

this might be a great case for getting the cell number of your ICA and their boss too. support shift for system blows chunks. Document EVERYTHING.

I'm guessing that even though it's this other driver/schneiders fault, you get absolutely no compensation for your time lost. You have just dealt with the 2 things that have had me thinking of moving to the next not so green pasture. Jacking around looking for an mt and sitting forever because someone doesn't have their #### straight. I understand you guys lose money out of your pocket searching for trailers, but company drivers miss out on money doing that ####.

Well, it just goes one level deeper. We're so far in Schnieder Lack Of Management Inception Zone I don't think I'm ever getting out of it.

So, same support shift guy who is doing the best he can (can't fault him for anything so far, he really is trying and calling me right back and keeping in touch with me) says that the driver did stage 2 loads, and he gave me another trailer that was "confirmed" as being at the OC as the one that he dropped that is my load.

So, I still hadn't seen it (I had just bobtailed up and down every lane in the OC for about the 7th time, I am not joking), but I tell him I'll take one more look because I mean it has to be here right?

I take the 8th lap around, and no, its just not here. I check other trailers with a similar first or last set of digits and nope nothing matches.

I go over to the shop and they track the trailer with the ET phone home box on top, and it shows up as having been sitting dormant in the woods in Macon GA for a day. I have an idea, so I pull up my phone and look up the location of the shipper on Google maps and hold the screen next to what the guy in the shop brought up, and sure enough, there is now a warehouse built there, that matches the shipper that the trailer should have been picked up from.

I will lay money the trailer is still down there at the shipper.

I'm sitting on hold with support shift again to give them my update now. I'm seriously going to have to upgrade my minutes on my cell phone plan, because over the past 2 days I have burned through almost a months worth of my normal usage.

If the trailer is down there in Macon, and the shipper is open, and it is actually the load I want, I'll just offer to go down there and pick it up and sort out the pay for the extra mileage with my ICA.

If this all falls through and I'm getting all my loads pulled for a second time, I'll just start looking for another load to get me where I want to go, and then be going after SNI for some serious compensation pay for this bullcrap, because this... mess... whatever you want to call it, is just completely and totally inexcusable. Had everything worked even only SOMEWHAT smoothly, I would be in Carlisle now, getting ready for my 9am delivery and then headed home with my load back to NC tomorrow evening.

Instead, I've been in Atlanta for over 24 hours now, plus a good 6 hours of sitting down in Macon trying to work out the trailer search yesterday.

so how is it then that GB cant see where it is in real time but the shops can? or did they just base what they were seeing of the load WF info?

good question to ask in the future is the trailer tracking info not just WF info?

So just got a call back from GB again. They can't figure it out and are unconfirming the load, pulling all my loads off me and won't be able to look into those loads again until Monday.

I'm about to line 5 it from Atlanta GA to Chapel Hill NC and take a week off.

deep breath and look for the least unprofitable way through this. I know it sucks , but you are gaining valuable experience for the future and those who follow you.
