How long does it take for SFI to get back to you? I applied last week and then I called and sent email that I applied. Rep called and asked me a couple questions but said if I did not hear from him things where answered correctly and now I am wondering what I should do. Should I call him or give it a few days after the holidays?

If i were you I'd try to save up for an older pre emissions truck like a freightliner classic with the n14 seen them at 12-16k all the time that way you have no payment and in my opinion a way better engine without all that egr crap anyway thats my opinion.

Popcorn it will take about 14 days (business days) to get everything done on SFI part. They will then call you and do a Interview did you also apply to SNI if not go ahead and do so for the IC side of SNI to get that started even if your a company driver you still have to apply to the IC side. once approved for SNI then SFI will expedite your application. wait til monday to call back they're closed til then any ways....

The interview is pretty straight forward. They want to make sure that you understand what is going to be required of you. They don't make money if you loose the truck.

Living where I do some people say that I can be home on weekends but I have yet to see a load board from SNI so I do not know. I would like to be home on the weekends if possible because of the two little rugrats.

Some say that I can bounce around the NE and make pretty decent money.

We will just have to see.

Is saying trying to be home once a week to much to ask for?

And what do you mean how muck do you want to make? Is that per mile or daily or yearly?

    Sorry to ask these questions.
