I just love reading all these rookies post about Schneider and there pay etc. Guess with today's generation of folks no one wants to start at the bottom and work there way up. They rather skip that and be at the top. You'd be amazed at how many veteran drivers sign on with Schneider or how many old timers are here.

What does this even mean? Why would anyone want to stay at the bottom any longer than they have to? Lol you sound like you are 72, not 42

I know drivers that just started at sni 29¢ and by there first year are at 32-34¢ .you don't stay at the bottom long but you do need to work and prove yourself .

The problem isn't that new drivers should be stuck at lower pay longer, the problem is drivers like you shouldn't be capped at sorry ### wages. I've seen the rate they are getting, company drivers should be making at least $200-$250 per day out minimum with your experience.

i work for mine.. im with werner i make 0.53 cent a miles and 193. per trl. the only thing is i have to unload the trl. that suck i still think im at the bottom. hey i started out at 23 cent when i jus started. and im moving up. only reason im asking about sni. cuz im looking to move up. ma next step is to get my own truck with them instead. werner is because of the choice board.

That I will agree at. The cap does suck. But every company has them. And like what 5 years ago when Jb offered 40¢ a mile everybody was in awe. But those guys that got that there miles dropped. So in the end what did they gain? More sitting for higher pay.

Cap in Charlotte is 42¢ and each oc has different caps. Cost of living varies in each state. Very stupid rule.
