    Dfo, been off fora month while wife recovers from surgery. Still got two weeks of home time left, then i hope to be going to gb and getting on choice. Just waiting to make sure wife is good to go before i commit to a date.

    Oh boy, what a fun night. Not a bad day by any means, but things always get interesting one way or the other. I called earlier to see if I could deliver this load early since I could have it there tonight, and then park and be ready to roll for my pickup not too far away tomorrow morning. Showed up at the customer... and theres no one there. QC says open 24/7, remarks say drop from 12 noon to midnight and grab an MT, but the place is a ghost town.

    Tried calling in and walking around, nope nothing. Sitting on hold with support shift with "extremely high call volumes" tonight, woo hoo. Really nowhere close by to park, so I found a little cul-de-sac down the street from the customer and got turned around am just gonna sit until morning here unless someone tells me I have to move.
