As a disclaimer....I am not a trucker. I think someday I would like to look into the job...but currently I am an Adult probation officer supervising sex offenders and high risk felons as well as a volunteer firefighter.

I can understand anxiety. I currently take Effexor and Buspar (Buspirone). I took Zoloft at one time, and though it really worked well for me. If you have not looked into Buspirone...you might consider it. It is a "very very clean drug" (said in an Indian accent by my awesome doc) that has caused me no side effects but has really calmed me down and mellowed me out.

Either way...I hope you do well and come back to trucking soon. I have you bookmarked and I enjoy reading about your adventures.

 

I take buspirone also. It is a great medicine!

I tried buspirone back in the late 90's but really did nothing for me, but maybe I was too impatient. I think it takes a month or so to really take effect
