Wish I'd known... I'd have offered you a ride up to Ontario (the nearest bigger truck stop, I believe).

I would second the nudge to go for that fridge, any fridge, first. Microwave would be second. You'll save a ton with just those two.

    Getting excited about tonight... :yes2557:

See, I knew the two of you were going to be fine. Not only did you buy the right stuff, but you got CDs I want to steal from you. :biggrin_25522:

If you don't want to go the whole route of a new mattress, you can just get the memory foam topper to go on it (cheaper). That's on my list when the sleeper becomes mine. :biggrin_25525:

I am jealous... our truck is NOT clean. I cleaned for a good four hours the last time Joe was through and it's still dirty.

    So excited for y'all!

Just heard a horror story from one of the guys that was only with his trainer for 2-3 days!! The trainer was driving (after almost getting in a couple accidents already) and set both sets of his duals on fire coming down a hill!! The trainee is a wreck - hands shaking and totally freaking out. He is heading home on the first plane out of here - not even sure if he will ever get back in a truck again.

Then today I also find out that the female trainer that they had routed this a way for me won't be able to make it. I'm ok with that - I really had no preference, but Klingon did. So for that reason its kind of frustrating, but I understand 'stuff' happens. I just let them know I just wanted someone to TEACH me. I seriously doubt anyone would endanger their livelyhood - and I wouldn't put up with anything that is 'inappropriate'.

On a good note though - I now have my paper class A license in hand!! Woo Hoo!! That is about all we have done today... tomorrow starts 'orientation' where we learn the Qualcomm - and deal with insurance and pay stuff. :biggrin_255: I'm liking the idea of getting paid!!

LOL - I might be a fast woman, but I'm not cheap!! :biggrin_25523:

I think things are going great. Klingon has a truck - not on the road yet, but we're getting it all set up (him mostly)... and I PASSED!! :biggrin_2559:
