    though I am still working on how they got KRAFT to be spelled HERSHEY Hey it was something different..

    yep they are.. Me I am on the QC and the phone with my DM.. Though I am still not going to leash.. (yep I said LEASH)

    Beleive it or not - we are actually thinking about that leash... health insurance is one of the BIG sticking issues though :biggrin_2554:

    LadyK as a husband wife team you'd have a better shot of making money leashing than a solo driver. They can't charge you twice for the cost of the lease, so one of the two salaries is essentially free and clear..

    Me Solo.. Me stay company driver :biggrin_25525:

    with a lease, there is no pay check. The pay the "company" that is leasing and how it gets split after that is up to the "Leasee"

    You get paid every week just like a solo driver does, except you can run twice as far as a team. Therefore the mileage driven by one of the two team mates is free and clear. Since you are husband and wife ALL the money goes to the household..

    Yep - if you lease - you have to run the truck as a business, not an job. (If that makes sense) The truck earns the money, and pays the drivers. If the truck doesn't earn (or the drivers don't work) then no pay to the driver/s... well it makes sense in my head - LOL!

    Hello LadyK: been reading ur thread and I really enjoying it and i was shock to see we had the same trainer, and yes Tony is the best a very cool dude very laid back !! I started right after U on the 18th I heard a lot about how many mile yall drove 27k
    my training was cut short due 2 personal problem at home but heading back out this week sumtime wish / hope I get Tony again....... if U talk with Tony tell him I said Hello ( Ej )
