That is true indeed. I think you have to be an asset in any field your in no matter what it is dealing with. Some will say that you can't be one in the trucking industry b/c everyone provide the same services as everyone else "PICK UP & DELIVERY," but I say to h*#! with them. Each little extra thing you do counts, whether it's being on time or going the extra mile. That will help make the difference between you and the next company and that will help decide who gets the first call from the shipper or broker for that high paying load.
Just my $.02
No problem at all.
Thank you, and I wish you the same. -
my owners average 1.80-2.20 on all miles for reefer freight but sometimes even more like today i consolidated 2 full loads and 1 LTL into 53ft trailer $3400 + $ 3000 + $1150 all dry freight total miles 2985 thats 2.50 a mile.....owner happy and i'm happy

I see no one is disputing the indexes........
No doubt there are $3+/m loads out there....but they are not your average load.....
There are also loads posted on boards below $.75/m......And although they're not that common....Some idiot will take the load........ -
When one brags about the rates they are allegedly getting on a message board on the interwebs, I equate it to Liars Poker.... The first liar never has a chance....Working Class Patriot Thanks this.
