Just saying, as of a couple weeks ago Brower was still hiring. Just heard a couple days ago they will be opening a second DC in the GTA in 2024 in Clairington.
Another Canadian driver Thanks this. -

All you need is to say hello to your brand new Titanium knees and ankles.
They'll be your best friends for the rest of your live.
You can even include them in your estate package when you pass away.

thanks for the help buddy i have to be honest i’ve thought about reapplying a few times but then i read about the on call 24/7 and spare board deal .EX/current driver reviews of no real life work balance and i really don’t think i could handle the messed up sleeping patterns.I have a hard enough time now sleeping during day .Being i work nightsLast edited: Jun 13, 2022

Could be a dangerous job at this day and age.....
AModelCat, Magoo1968 and Wasted Thyme Thank this. -
Those reviews are bogus. There are usually only certain times of the day they will call you. They can’t make you work if you’ve been up all day or are already in bed. This time of year you’d probably be done your week by Thursday. It’s a pretty good job for a guaranteed $1175/ week.BigHossVolvo Thanks this.

Take it,,they will compensate you for all your hours and be home daily. Raises in 2 years,,benefits and you’ll never starve for work…you are only delivering a very small portion of Ontarios beer. I’m surprised they have not gone private as far as deilvery…I haul lots of beer, to points where smaller trucks delivery to customers

Have you looked at Ryder Logistics? Not sure if they're union but they pay pretty good.
