Obviously the keys, but that's no the answer you meant I'm sure.

I have a Gerber mini multi-tool. The thing I use it for is a small knife and scissors. That may not sound like much, but I swear I use those scissors daily. Not they a just snippers, so once I actually get out driving I might not have the same use for them, but for now it's the single most used tool I own.

I was taught in trucking 101 to never keep the church key on the same key chain as the ignition key

The pepper spray is probably more important that the little led light on the key fob.

 

My keychain looks like one of those spinner hubcaps. That keeps me amused for hours while some driver is rambling on and on about something I don't care about inside the diner.
