    The job I currently work at I get paid $1500 a week in salary a quarterly bonus for fuel and on time delivery. It's probably the best way I have ever been paid and way less stressful having to worry about miles every week.

    I don`t like cpm
    I do like a percentage after fuel is taken off the top and the truck owner keeps the fuel surcharge if there is any
    I gave the drivers a percentage of layover,tonu`s and detention plus load percentage.25 .00 to drive the truck thru a truck wash and 25.00 to stop and get it serviced usually
    I also watched the tires and fuel closely because some truckers can use that stuff to steal from you
