What I do suggest is that unless you are familiar with the tax codes which btw, are superseded or altered every year, is to use an accountant who is familiar with trucking. Becoming incorporated cuts down on your "exposure" but nothing can save you from the IRS if you omit or forget to file properly, or file the right forms.
