So, I've posted two (one very long messages and the forum keeps wiping them out saying "my token has expired hit back and redo" or words to that effect. If this doesn't work, I give up.
From now on I'm going to save whatever I write as this web site seems to eat posts and send them to never never land. Hope nobody is freezing or stuck. Be safe out there and Don't let the Minahunees get you!
Well that worked, I saved what I wrote and was able to reload it every time it got deleted. Good tip for all, highlight your message and hit CtrlC before you post. That way if it eats your message, you can redo until it accepts it.

I'm one of those who can take an hour to complete a post. I've learned to do Ctrl-A Ctrl-C (select all, copy) before hitting Send.

For long post I will normally compile the post in MS word first. Get all the grammar errors taken care of, then copy and paste.
