How come you don't slow down going up hills?
Do you only pull extra light loads or is your truck so extra low geared and that's why you drive so slow ?

If someone is going faster than you, like 2 mph more, let them pass... you never HAVE to remember pass them when you come up to a small hill. Just ease up and as long as he's making an honest effort once you crest the top he will pick up more speed than you on the down side (isn't that why he was slower on the upside) and you can both go about your business. That's courtesy.

 

Just wait, the politicians should be along soon to help straighten everything out
