But when I was driving through midnight there was never a warning saying I was in violation and I definitely looked at the 2/15 log last night before I went into sleeper berth and there was no "red" going into midnight.......as you said I guess my best bet would be to call safety but don't want to bring to their attention I drove in violation.

I know with the Qualcomm at Swift it would give you a verbal warning 30 minutes before needing to take a 30 minute break or when running within 30 minutes of your 11 or 14. After that it warmed you again 15 minutes before needing to stop, then five minutes, then it would go ape #### if you actually violated HOS.

Does your system have audio warnings? If so have you turned down the volume? I recommend turning up the volume and doing trip planning for places to stop.

Other than that it seems you are running decent miles every day. Good job overall.

Don't worry at all about bringing it to their attention. You want to make sure you are running legally and want their input. They will likely appreciate having a driver proactive with the situation. It's not a major violation, don't sweat it. Just make sure you figure it out so you can become better at your craft.

Is drivertech the thing designed by a company called ISE Fleet services?
If so I've had troubles with that too. Don't worry about it too much. Just a finnicky little log device. It'll come around and start making sense after a couple hours lol

Could be a UI glitch with drivertech. Without seeing the 15th we can only guess. My guess is no 30 minute break. You seem to never take one, relying on unload/load times (just a guess by looking at your logs) to get the 30 in.
Like others have said, call safety and ask them what is up.

As for the attention thing, they will see it the next report they run. If they don't care you will not know they seen it, if they care you will know if you tell them or not.

I'm not sure who it's made by but ISE fleet services doesn't ring a bell.

I just spoke with safety and they said it could be a possible glitch, but said to call tomorrow during day shift and they could confirm

I guess you should have started this thread a day earlier then, so you would have had that day still in there.
But without seeing what happened that previous day, no one can give any advice as to what may have happened.

The next time it happens you know what to do.
Post the graphs before time runs out.
