    finally after what seems like a eternity but is really only about 8 months i got a bid to become a city driver at UPS Freight

    i been there around 2 years and got my CDL in may.....i take my road test next week and im nervous as hell...i know walleye and the conway driver (forget your name) have both gave me good advice and im trying to stay confident for my road test next week

    only think im worrying about is them doubles! i never pulled them on the street at all

    a friend of mine just got hired by fedex freight and had to get his doubles endorsement and then take his road test with a set. he was scared witless. :)

    take your time. then come back next week and give us a big whoop! when you pass. :thumbup:

    A 21 year old seniority date at UPSF........... Wow, you're ahead of me in age at a better job.. Any questions you might have about LTL just ask.. If I don't know the answer for you I'll find it.

    thanks alot

    we actually do have a guy who got on last year when he was 21....his dad is one of the senior city drivers and trained him, he became full time right before his 22nd birthday
