They want thier empty trucks full,
Whether they have enough freight or not to keep you
Busy doesn't matter.
When the phone rings, they already have some sucker,
Sitting at a truck waiting for something to do.
They never stop hiring, never.
The end times are upon us.

THE END OF THE WORLD AS WE KNOW IT
In the past we had a crisis and we worked our way through it. Today we go from crisis to crisis. To many things are going wrong at the same time.
The latest one is running out of oil for desiel engine. It seems they don't have the chemicals like rust inhibitors and anti foaming. Will they figure out a workaround. I hope so.
Do you want to know the food that has not gone up in price, Rice 10 bucks for 20 pounds, 10 bucks extra a week to make sure your family does not starve. -
I haven't noticed this. I'm on hometime now but within this past week the Love's in Circleville, OH filled up on Tuesday. If there was a spot open it had to have been only one or two, normally there's quite a few spots that stay open throughout the night there. Stayed at the Pilot in Wytheville, VA (the one with the Dairy Queen in it) on Monday night. That one filled up all the way too, only about 10 reserved spots left when I went to bed. Thursday I filled up at the Pilot on I-74 north of Rockingham, NC at about 7:00pm. Lot was full (it is a small Pilot to be fair). The small truck stop across the street was full too.
About the Love's in Wamsutter having lots of parking at 5:00pm, well yeah they have that huge parking lot across the street as well. Unless there's a storm you're going to have quite a few spots open at 5:00pm in that extra lot.
I'll keep my eye open on the parking situation but I haven't seen what you guys are seeing. We haven't slowed down at my company either yet. I do run reefer though, that might make a difference.JoeyJunk Thanks this. -
I’ve been mostly running between Dallas and Houston for the last month or so, haven’t seen any change from the normal craziness.

I've noticed the OO haunts have a lot less trucks and the places that are the usual mega lots are overflowing with Amazon and the likes. -
Been on home time last week, but before didn't notice anything too out of the ordinary. Unless you're near a major city most truckstops still have spots left at 5 this time of year. Usually until at least 8 some are pretty reliable since the sun is still up.
